Help Support the
Indiana AIDS Fund
Support the Indiana AIDS Fund and seven other health organizations in the state of Indiana by purchasing a To Your Health license plate. By purchasing this specialized plate, you will help increase health awareness across Indiana while supporting health organizations which provide much needed services to fellow Hoosiers suffering from life-threatening diseases. Please do your part by supporting these agencies in a way that will benefit us all.
The cost of the To Your Health plate is $40.00 annually with $25.00 from the sale of each plate supporting programs of the eight not-for-profit health organizations.
You can show your support for the eight organizations by purchasing a To Your Health license plate. To order stop by your local Bureau of Motor vehicles and request a To Your Health plate or, when renewing your license plate by mail or online, indicate on the renewal form that you would like to purchase a To Your Health license plate.
