Legal requirements Applicants must: Be a 501 (c)(3) group, organization or agency that provides health-related programs or services. Provide services within Marion and the seven contiguous counties. Function without discrimination or segregation based on race, gender, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, military or marital status in hiring, termination, assignment and promotion of staff, selection of board members or provisions of services. Demonstrate that the proposal is consistent with the mission of The Health Foundation of Greater Indianapolis. Grant amounts  Funds available and the scope of the proposed project will determine the amount of the grant award. There is no limit to the amount a project may request, within the scope of the funds available.
